Ownership & Usage Rights

All logo designs created by Trendyyy Threads become the complete property of the client once full payment has been received. Before payment, all design drafts, samples, and concept files remain the exclusive property of Trendyyy Threads and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes. After payment, full commercial rights are transferred to the client, and they are free to use their logo for branding, marketing, and promotional activities. However, Trendyyy Threads reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio or social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Revisions & Final Delivery

Each package includes a specific number of revisions as listed in the chosen plan. We aim to ensure client satisfaction through collaboration and creative flexibility. Once the final concept is approved and delivered, any additional revisions or redesign requests will be subject to extra charges. All final files, including high-resolution images and editable formats, will be shared after project approval and confirmation of payment. Timelines may vary depending on the project’s complexity and responsiveness during the feedback stage.

Payment Policy

All payments must be completed in full before the final files are released. For larger or customized projects, a 50% advance payment may be required to begin work. Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started, as each logo is uniquely created for the client. Refunds will only be considered if no design work has been initiated at the time of cancellation.

Copyright & Trademarks

After full payment, all ownership rights to the approved design are transferred to the client. Trendyyy Threads does not hold any ownership claim to the final design but retains the right to showcase the work as part of its professional portfolio. Clients are responsible for any trademark or legal registration of their logo. Trendyyy Threads will not be liable for legal disputes arising from the use or registration of the final logo design.

File Storage & Backup

Completed logo files are stored securely for up to six months after project completion. Clients are advised to download, back up, and safely store their files immediately upon delivery. Requests for file recovery after this period may not be guaranteed due to system storage cycles.

Communication & Approval

All feedback, approvals, and communication regarding the design process must be conducted through official channels such as email, WhatsApp, or the contact form provided on our website. This ensures clarity, documentation, and consistency throughout the project. Trendyyy Threads will not be held responsible for any confusion or miscommunication resulting from discussions conducted outside official platforms.

Design Modifications by Third Parties

Trendyyy Threads is not responsible for any damage, distortion, or loss of quality that occurs if the client or a third party modifies the delivered design files. We recommend that all edits or resizing be performed by a professional designer to maintain visual quality and brand integrity.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a payment, or approving a design project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure professionalism, fairness, and creative integrity throughout the collaboration. Our goal is to provide every client with a transparent, enjoyable, and high-quality design experience that helps their brand stand out confidently.
